(Hunt) today announced that its development, construction, and property management affiliates are developing a 281-unit, luxury apartment building in Richardson, Texas, scheduled for early 2017 move-ins. The Mallory Eastside Apartments is being developed by Hunt, and construction will be led by Moss & Associates and the property managed by Pinnacle, both affiliates of Hunt.
The Mallory Eastside is located at 1705 North Greenville Avenue, right in the heart of Richardson's telecom corridor just minutes from UT Dallas. There is a high concentration of nearby restaurants, retail centers, major employers, and recreational facilities that residents can walk to and enjoy.
The Mallory, currently under construction, will include 281 market-rate apartments in a mix of one and two-bedroom apartments and lofts. Apartment amenities include spacious, modern floor plans, luxury finishes, high ceilings, and eco-friendly features.
