DeLuz Family Housing Named PHMA 2012 US Marine Corps Outstanding Senior Housing Manager
EL PASO, TX – The Professional Housing Management Association (PHMA) recently announced its selection of Melanie Gowdy, Community Director at DeLuz Family Housing as the recipient of the 2012 US Marine Corps Outstanding Senior Housing Manager Award. DeLuz Family Housing was developed and is currently managed by the Military Housing division of Hunt Companies, Inc.
DeLuz Family Housing is located on Marine Corp Base Camp Pendleton serving active duty Marines stationed on base.
“Ms Gowdy is deserving of this award. She has accomplished so much in a short amount of time by increasing occupancy, CEL Surveys, resident communication and provided leadership by example to all whom she comes in contact with. Congratulations on your achievements” said Mr. Robert Marshall, Director of Family Housing, Camp Pendleton.
This award will be officially announced in PHMA’s Defense Communities magazine and on phma.com.
