Hunt Companies Inc. Hires Former Chicago Housing Authority Executive

El Paso, TX – (May 9, 2013) - Hunt Companies, Inc. announced it has hired former Executive Vice President of Development at the Chicago Housing Authority, William (Bill) Little, to serve as Senior Vice President of Public Private Partnerships.  A 25-year veteran in the real estate development and construction field, Bill brings a wealth of knowledge to this newly created role.

In this role, Bill will work closely with local, state and federal housing and redevelopment agencies advancing Hunt’s affordable housing platform (which includes the design, construction, development, financing and operation of affordable housing) and helping to revitalize communities by introducing tailored housing and economic development opportunities and solutions.

Prior to working for Hunt, Bill served for nearly a decade, as Executive Vice President of Development at the Chicago Housing Authority, the third largest authority in the country.  In that role, Mr. Little directly oversaw the financing, development and construction of more than 20,000 units of housing in partnership with a wide and diverse array of public, private, civic and community stakeholders.

Mr. Little holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago, a Juris Doctorate from the University of Michigan Law School, and a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana College of Engineering.
