Dear Employees: I am pleased to announce that Hunt’s investment into Moss & Associates has successfully been finalized. This transaction represents a significant advancement of Hunt’s overall diversification efforts as well as an opportunity for the employees of Hunt Building Company. Moss has a diversified construction portfolio – including luxury high-rise residential, landmark mixed-use developments, hospitality, primary and higher education, justice and solar energy. This diversity of capability is a good complement to Hunt’s own competencies and allows for continued growth and stability for both companies. We now begin the process of transferring of approximately 50 employees to Moss over the course of this year. Our current projects will be completed under the Hunt brand and new projects will commence as Moss.
